As always it’s good to be in touch.

We sincerely thank you for your support throughout these challenging times. As restrictions ease we are feeling optimistic about the road ahead and we hope you are too.

 

Since July 2020 we have been vigilantly using Covid measures in our salons to keep everyone safe. We are proud to report not one infection on our premises.

 

Furthermore – We asked our team to be cautious in their day to day lives outside of work to protect themselves, their families and their colleagues/clients. We are so grateful to the team and proud of them for their vigilance and commitment to everyone’s safety.

 

As the government ease restrictions and we all move forward there are some measures we will continue in the salon for the foreseeable future.

 

The sanitation measures in our salons will continue and the team will wear masks/visors when carrying out close contact services.

 

Our drinks service will be reintroduced, however for visits under one hour you may not be offered a drink whilst the team focus on sanitation.

 

During this time, we have discovered some things of great value. Our digital consultations are an easy way to ensure services are well planned leading to more predictable results that are delivered on time for the benefit of clients and team alike. If you think a telephone consultation with your stylist will benefit you pre-service please call 0345 652 4400 and let us know. Your stylist may request this service with you pre-appointment. We have found this new feature of our service so beneficial for all. We thank you for your co-operation with the pre-visit calls.

 

Our goal has been to exceed expectation whilst pursuing our passion of making you look good and feel great. We are so happy to continue in this endeavour for decades to come.
